You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use dbl4d. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 is strictly prohibited. dbl4d reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age compliance.
dbl4d accepts IDR deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, as well as USDT and other supported cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. One bonus per player, household, or device. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. dbl4d treats underage gambling with zero tolerance. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds held subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed to serve players who are residents of Indonesia, including but not limited to those located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Restricted Territories. Registration is prohibited from any Restricted Territory. dbl4d reserves the right to block access to the Platform from jurisdictions where operation would violate applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your location.
2.4 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter into contracts are not eligible to register.
2.5 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3.1 Registration Information. To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. dbl4d may reject any registration or suspend any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dbl4d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify dbl4d support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. dbl4d applies KYC procedures in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in dbl4d's verification request will result in account restriction. Withdrawal processing requires successful KYC completion.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. dbl4d reserves the right to close or suspend any account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at its sole discretion following reasonable written notice where practicable.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. dbl4d accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Cryptocurrency deposits — primarily USDT Tether and other supported chains — are also accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
4.2 Currency. All player accounts are denominated in IDR unless the player has selected a cryptocurrency account. No hidden conversion fees are applied to IDR transactions. Crypto-denominated deposits are converted to IDR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.
4.3 Deposit Processing. IDR deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network. dbl4d is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, bank, or blockchain network.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Verified accounts with standard withdrawal requests typically receive funds within minutes to a few hours for IDR e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network conditions. dbl4d is not liable for delays attributable to receiving banks or payment processors.
4.6 Anti-Money-Laundering. dbl4d is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. Deposits must represent funds that belong to you and were acquired through lawful means. dbl4d reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML obligations.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers on dbl4d are available to eligible registered players as specified in each offer's individual terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, device, and payment method. Eligibility conditions are published at the point of offer and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount — before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. dbl4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets across accounts to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, dbl4d reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account(s).
5.5 Modification of Promotions. dbl4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already validly claimed the offer. Seasonal promotions referencing Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Nyepi — are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be repeated in subsequent years.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and recovery of any associated funds or winnings:
7.1 Ownership. All Intellectual Property on the Platform — including the dbl4d brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text content, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to dbl4d. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Intellectual Property to you.
7.2 Limited Licence. dbl4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
7.3 Third-Party Content. Games available on the Platform are provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studio. dbl4d is not responsible for the content of third-party games beyond ensuring that only licensed, audited products are offered on the Platform.
8.1 Platform Availability. dbl4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers may result in temporary unavailability. dbl4d is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, including the inability to place or settle bets during a live event.
8.2 Betting Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions made on the Platform are yours alone. dbl4d provides odds, markets, and game outcomes as a service; it does not provide investment advice or guarantee any return. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of your deposited funds.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbl4d excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
8.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where dbl4d is found liable for direct loss, its maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.5 Force Majeure. dbl4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or third-party payment processor outages.
9.1 Right to Amend. dbl4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes that adversely affect player rights will be notified to active players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
9.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.
9.3 Supersession. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and dbl4d relating to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of any individual promotion or game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual promotion or game rules expressly state otherwise.
10.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dbl4d holds its international operating licence.
10.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, you are encouraged to contact dbl4d customer support in the first instance. dbl4d commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days and to making a genuine attempt to resolve the matter amicably before any formal process is commenced.
10.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against dbl4d.
